This socks machine is designed to manufacture under-5-year-old baby socks. Its cylinder diameter is 3.5 inch and it can match with different needles counts for different age group: 96N, 108N, 120N. The produced socks is suitable for the whole year in some warm area. Some country like Uzbekistan, Russia, Ukraine, etc which winter is very cold and temperature is below 0 degrees can come to choosen the other one which can make both summer socks and winter socks

2. Controller: Mingde controller is adopted, which is compatible with glory system.
                           Glory, Hengqiang(Jiagu Software) are also optional.
3. Servo Motor: Royaltec or Y.M.C, both of them are stable in performance and less repair rate.
4. Pneumatic Cylinder: LIDING, best brand in China.
5. Selector: Mingde brand as standard configuration.
                   Fushun brand will be optional if buyer requires.
6. Needles: Feijian or Golden Roc brand.
7. Cams: CR12MOV material are used instead of casting part, which has a longer life.

9. Electricity Required: 380V 3-phase, 220V 3-phase is also optional. 
10. Production capacity: 300-400 pairs socks per 24 hours depends on the length, patterns and craft of socks.

1. Robert yarn shelf which is larger and can store more yarns.
2. BTSR yarn broken sensor which is more sensitive than standard one.
3. Double elastic motors and double elastic feeders: it is used to made 2 kind of rubber covered yarn into one sock.
4. Invisible socks function: it is necessary for producing boat socks, invisible socks
5. LGL or Chinese brand accumulators.
6. Individual suction fan motor 1.1KW:if quatity of socks machine is below 5 sets, this kind of fan motor is more suitable. One machine is with one pc fan motor which can save some space and need not to build a pipeline system.  If the quantity is more, the central suction fan motor is recommended. It is more economy which has lower power but good performance for the sock making line. 
7. Solenoid on main feeders, sub-feeders, valve box.
